Implants

We offer comprehensive implant solutions. From custom made abutments, single units or multiple unit bridges, we have the technology, expertise and experience to ensure satisfaction in even the most challenging implant cases. For clinicians who prefer traditional metal-based restorations, we are uncompromising in our quality by only using the finest quality alloys and porcelains sold by reputable Dental Suppliers.

E.max

We use E.max for pressed, layered and milled restorations for their ability to mimic the beauty of natural teeth and to conserve tooth structure. IPS E.max is the ultimate in metal-free aeshetics, offering high-strength materials for both the Press and CAD/CAM technique. Recommended for all types of restorations up to 3 unit bridges, E.max offers a balance of strength and beauty. IPS E.max is suitable for single crowns, anterior bridges and minimal or no-prep veneers.

Zirconia

For restorations requiring a sub-structure for added strength, Zirconia allows us to use the same materials for single units up to full-arch bridges, allowing for high strength and uncompromising esthetics. Zirconia frameworks are created from our in-house milling unit, using the highest grade Zirconia available. Our attention to detail and quality control processes ensure the best fitting, most aesthetic Zirconia restorations.

Removable Prosthetic Work

Our extensive prosthetic service ranges from full to partial dentures, fabricated using high impact acrylic. Each case is fitted to a duplicate model and all dentures are made using the latest technology available.

Chrome Cobalt Frameworks

We also provide Chrome Cobalt Frameworks which are manufactured using Vitallium 2000 Alloy. Vitallium is a leader in partial denture restorations, providing extraordinary strengh, superior fracture resistance and smaller, lighter design applications.

Orthodontic Appliances

Orthodontics is a specialised division within CERAMICA DENTAL LABORATORY that provides fixed and removable orthodontic appliances and snoring devices that meet the exacting technical requirements of modern Orthodontist. Our skilled technicians strive to create the perfect appliance every time, on-time and to your exact specifications. Choose from one of our standard appliance design options or create your own custom appliance.

Mouth Guards

We offer the industry leading Bite-X Mouthguards as used by profesional cage fighters. It come in different designs and colours and can be customized on request.
